Harvest Fest

Friday, October 25th is Harvest Fest! There will be food, fun, and games! Each class is responsible for running a booth. Our booth this year is the fishing booth. In order to run this booth we are in need of small prizes, candy, and volunteers to work at the booth. Even if you can only help out for half an hour, your time is appreciated! Please drop off candy and prizes to our classroom by Thursday, October 24th. Thank you and we hope to see you at Harvest Fest!!!

Field Trip Shirts & Field Trip Info!

Today a letter was sent home with your child about our Field Trip Shirts. Please fill out the form with what size shirt your child needs, and if you would like to purchase one as well, and send it back to school a.s.a.p. The order needs to be sent in by this Friday (October 4th).

The field trip shirt for your child is free of charge!!! Mrs. Paye's business, Kids First Preschool has sponsored our shirts for all 28 kids! These shirts will be worn on all field trips and can be worn on Fridays!
                             Be sure to put your order in and support the Gonter/L.P.A Pride! :)

 

*This is what the logo on the front will look like. Kids First Preschool's logo will be on the back. Our class shirts will be red!

 

 

Important info!!! A note was also sent home about the rescheduling of our field trip. It will now be on November 5th.

 

**Also, any volunteers who would like to join us need to have a fingerprint clearance card or get fingerprinted and approved at the front office. This is a school-wide mandatory rule. It is about $20 or so to get fingerprinted and it is good for all of our field trips! This is for the safety of our children. We look forward to having you join us to the Children's museum. Permission slips and money are due soon! Please send both the signed form and cash to school. The cost is $4.50 for each student.

 

*Volunteers attending our field trip: It would be very helpful if you provided your own transportation to and from the Children's Museum since space is limited on the bus. Thank you!

A-T-T-E-N-D-A-N-C-E...What does that spell? Popcorn Party!!!!

We have officially spelt the word ATTENDANCE as a class. Each time we have perfect attendance, we get to add a letter to our window. When we spell the word attendance, we get a popcorn party!

Character of the Month

Mia was our Character of the Month for being TRUSTWORTHY. She got to enjoy a pizza party at the Character Lunch. Congrats Mia!

Mrs. Paye & Fruit Smoothies

Mrs. Paye came into our class again, and this time she brought supplies to make fruit smoothies! We got to make our very own delicous smoothie. What's even better, is that we got to eat all the extra fresh fruit outside for snack!
